The house has two spacious bedrooms, a shower room, and a master suite with a bathroom, dressing room, and separate toilet, as well as a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). You can enjoy a comfortable living room with a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning.

Outside, you will appreciate a magnificent, beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained garden, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing moments. A summer kitchen with a griddle is also available for you to fully enjoy summer evenings. A garage completes the property for convenient parking.

Located close to beaches, shops, and the region's iconic villages, this house is the perfect starting point for exploring the French Riviera.
