Walking up the Chemin du Carry a few hundred meters you will have a magnificent view of the villages of Gassin and Grimaud as well as the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the sea 4 km away as the crow flies.
The residence is a few minutes from the city center with many restaurants and shops (the Leclerc department store is only 7 minutes walk away).
Less than 10 km away you can go by car or bike to Grimaud (4km), Port Grimaud or Port Cogolin (7km), Gassin (8km) Croix-Valmer (9 km).
Saint Tropez is 12km away, also accessible from Port Cogolin by boat and 3km further on you access the mythical beach of Pampelonne.
The charming village of Ramatuelle is located in 13 km, Cavalaire sur mer at 15km.
Access by train from Toulon or Fréjus, then by bus.
