Koala Lane is a newly built, architecturally designed home that sleeps 10. It’s perfect for family holidays or groups of friends that enjoy being in a beautiful and peaceful location.

The spacious open-plan living area is the central hub of the home. Featuring soaring ceilings, the gorgeous kitchen, dining and living areas all look out to the pool and the mountains beyond. The butler’s pantry is decked out with a coffee machine and other items to make your stay comfortable. If you don’t feel like cooking on holiday, consider using our Concierge Service to arrange a private chef, platters or catering delivered straight to your door.

The bedrooms are all located across two wings of the house. The spacious master suite with a king bed overlooks the pool and is privately located on one wing of the home giving privacy. You’ll love the luxurious ensuite with dual rain showers and basins. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Three of the four bedrooms overlook the pool and have window seats, perfect for enjoying some quiet time, or reading a book or magazine.

The family bathroom has a luxurious feel, with a wet area featuring a free-standing bathtub and rain shower. You’ll feel emersed in nature as you look out of the large window onto spectacular gum trees.

For nights in, there is a media room, large enough for the whole family to watch a movie.

Koala Lane is located just a 2-minute drive to the world-famous International Bonville Golf Course, acknowledged as one of the world’s most beautiful courses and includes a fine dining restaurant, bar and clubhouse.

Bonville is situated halfway between Sydney & Brisbane on the stunning Coffs Coast. The home is the perfect spot to base yourself to enjoy all of the outdoor adventure activities for which Bonville is renowned. There are many activities you can choose to enjoy close to home, including paddling along Bonville Creek, a 10km paddle from upper Pine Creek to Sawtell taking in the flora and fauna along this coastal estuary. Bongil picnic area is the perfect location for a family picnic, under the shade of trees or picnic shelter. Mountain bikers of all skill levels will love the local trails through a rainforest setting. Koala Lane is 20 minutes from the unique village of Bellingen, where the artistic community and bespoke shops make for a memorable and relaxing day out.

Bonville is just a 10-minute drive to Sawtell with its cafes, shops, art deco movie theatre and beautiful beaches. It is 17 minutes to Coffs Harbour with its many attractions including the Big Banana and the International Marina. Stoney Bridge Cottage is just 11 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour Airport for easy transfers from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
