The Space:
This modern second-floor condo puts you right in the middle of Riverstone, with local restaurants, cafés, shops, and parks just outside your door and the Centennial Trail close by for walking, running, or biking. Downtown Coeur d’Alene is a quick drive away, but with dinner downstairs and a trail nearby, you may not need the car much. At 1,408 sq ft, there’s room to spread out, and large windows bring in plenty of natural light while the open layout flows easily between living, dining, and kitchen.
