Great Back Yard, Minutes To Downtown, Quiet, Cozy, Clean & Pet-friendly!

Bright, clean, and cozy 3 bedroom/1.75 bath home. Nice kitchen, well-stocked with cooking tools and utensils, and basic spices and seasonings! Dining table seats 6!, and open to kitchen and living room.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and attached to a full bath.

Bedroom 2 has queen bed, and across hallway from the 3/4 bath.

Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed (two twin beds), and an additional stand-alone twin bed, and is across the hallway from the 3/4 bath.

Hallway has desk with lots of outlets for charging phones, camera batteries, etc, and makes a great laptop/workspace. Desk has good books, magazines, board games, puzzles, etc!

Back yard... probably why you're looking at this place... GREAT lawn area, perfect for badminton, soccer, and throwing a football! Awesome patio/pergola with fantastic outdoor dining furniture. Propane BBQ grill, and even a dog kennel and doghouse, complete with a water dish for Fido!! Completely fenced and safe for the kids and pups.

2 AC units in the home during the summer months; one is a portable unit in the back bedroom, and there is a window unit in the dining area (opposite end of the home), so this home stays extremely cool and comfortable, even in the hottest weather!!

The house met all of expectations and very comfortably accommodated three brothers for a reunion to enjoy their beloved Wyoming where they grew up over 50 years ago. The large, well maintained backyard and patio was a big plus and enabled us to catch up with each other after the day’s activities while enjoying a cocktail and a cigar. The house is conveniently located for quick access to Cody’s restaurants, museums and the golf course. It also provided a great base from which to access and tour Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.

Wonderful hidden gem, if you are traveling with your dog this place is perfect! Beautiful fenced back yard that our dog thoroughly enjoyed running around. Very quiet neighborhood and great place to start your Yellowstone adventure.

This was a clean, comfortable home to stay in. Everything we needed was right there. We sat in the backyard every night and watched the deer come in and lay down. We hated to leave. We will definitely rent this home again! It was close to downtown Cody and we enjoyed several restaurants and did some shopping. I highly recommend this home!

Peaceful and quiet

Charming older home. Very clean and well maintained. Bathrooms have been updated and very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the backyard is equipped with a gas grill and a little fence for your dog. We had a visit several days from a little bunny and deer roam the neighborhood. Everything is close. We went rafting, to the rodeo/dinner show, and of course Yellowstone. The owner answers promptly when I had a question. We loved it.

Another great stay here!

My husband and I stayed for two weeks at this charming comfortable property. This is the second time we stayed here--we enjoyed our stay last year so much we rebooked for this year, and the house did not disappoint. Everything in the home worked well, and if we were in the market for buying property in Cody we would be delighted to find something like this. I recommend this property for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very enjoyable stay in Cody

Well maintained and well stocked. It was a very comfortable place to stay as well as convenient for us. We spent a day in Yellowstone, another day at Little Big Horn memorial as well as a couple of days exploring Cody--a great little town of the old west. Our hostess was gracious and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay (as did our two little dogs).

Amazing

The house was cozy and close to town. We had some deer visiting who treated us every morning! It was perfect for my service dog and plenty of property to let him out, it’s also fenced in! Lots of places to walk. Even has a bunk bed and toys for the little. Mine really enjoyed it. It really was a great house.

Best VRBO rental ever!

We stayed here for a week and really loved the house. It was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and cozy and everything worked. The beds and furniture were really comfortable, the plumbing worked fine, and so did the heating. Our dog was very happy here, and the yard was lovely. I can say this without a doubt was the best VRBO rental we have ever had. We will certainly try to come back when we come to Cody again!

Comfortable “Base Camp”

We enjoyed staying here. It was our “base camp” for trips to Yellowstone and Red Lodge, Montana. Highly recommend the Bear Tooth Pass to Red Lodge. House was comfortable and it provided easy access to downtown Cody which we enjoyed multiple times. Fenced-in backyard was a plus for our dog. Enjoyed the local mule deer that visited on a regular basis!
