Villa's in Cocoa Beach

'First, the listing sent us to the wrong address, another building nearby and they blamed it on VRBO “glitch”. When we got to correct unit we arrived to pile of towels and sheets on floor and essentially the unit was not cleaned. The property manager confirmed with cleaners that again there was a “glitch”and it was not cleaned. They did offer us another unit but still when you arrive at 8:30pm and just want to get settled and go to bed, it is seriously inconvenient with 3 kids, 10 and under....

'This home surpassed our expectations in so many ways! It was super CLEAN and well appointed. It is clear that Vanessa takes great pride in ensuring the stay is enjoyable and that her guests have everything they need. She was easy to communicate with and the check in process was super easy. Having direct beach access was perfect for our group of 8 girls who just wanted to relax and get some sun. We hardly left the house because it had everything we needed. We enjoyed all our meals on the back...

'We had an amazing stay at this house in Cape Canaveral. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Kennedy Space Center, which is the main reason we chose this place. We had no neighbors during our stay, so we had the pool all to ourselves—it truly felt like a little paradise. This is a great place for families with small kids. There was a pack and play and a high chair available, and the owners were very careful, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The house is very...

'This place is a scam! I booked through hotels dot com and they didn’t even have my Reservation. They never answered the phone! If you like losing your money, then def book here!'

'Beautiful home 10/10 aesthetics beds were comfy .'

'Outstanding ocean front property. This far exceeded my expectations. Beach front with easy walk to the beach and affordable chairs and umbrellas to rent. The on-site activities are great for teenagers. This property is super clean, well kept, and well stocked. The soaking tub in the primary bedroom was a huge plus.We hope to make this an annual trip and rebook soon for next year.'

'Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. The bathroom sink was not clean. There was old toothpaste spit in the sink and handles for the faucet were dirty. There was a dead spider in the bathtub...
