The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large dining area where everyone can gather. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home offers plenty of privacy for everyone, including a luxurious master suite and several guest rooms with cheerful beach-inspired décor.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available directly on the property in the driveway for your convenience.

Airports: The closest airport is Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB), about 25 minutes away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1-hour drive.

Public Transit:** While public transit options are limited in Cocoa Beach, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider using them for trips further afield.

Local Highlights:** You're already perfectly positioned! The beach is a quick 5-minute walk, and the Cocoa Beach Pier is just a 10-minute stroll. Enjoy the local shops and restaurants without needing to drive.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Pool heating is available during select months for an additional fee of $50 per night and must be booked for the entire stay; heating for individual nights is not available. Please reach out at least 24 hours before check-in to confirm availability for your stay.
