  • Welcome to our newly listed vacation rental. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the dock and sunrise walks on the beach. Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom canal front home with a boat dock is great for a relaxing stay. Bring your boat for some incredible fishing in the Banana River, Mosquito Lagoon, or offshore out of Port Canaveral. Enjoy sunrises at the famous Cocoa beach pier. Minutes from World famous Ron Jon Surf shop and vibrant downtown Cocoa beach. Stay a few days before you head out of Port Canaveral on a cruise, take a day trip over to Orlando's world class theme parks, come for a rocket launch, tour the Kennedy Space center or just enjoy tranquility at the beach.
    This home has everything you need to create family memories that last a lifetime.

We got to paddle board and fish off the dock. See dolphins and a rocket launch all in one weekend from one location. Great stay.

This was our second stay at this house.It is as advertised and we will probably stay there again.Walking distance to RonJon as well as a number of restaurants and shops.We really enjoy the back porch.

We had a great time , fished off the dock and out of kayak every night. Close to everthing, we walked to the beach and coffee shops almost daily. Definitely recommend !

The place was immaculate! It had lots of space for all of us. Our favorite places to relax were the screen porch and dock. It’s a peaceful neighborhood close to anything we needed. It was a nice drive to the USSA Space Coast Complex.

Fantastic property, as advertised. Great location, great owners, just an awesome. Good place to stay for baseball tournaments at USSSA Space Coast tournaments.

This home is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable. The location was convenient and close to so many things. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home

The house is very nice and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped, they provided coffee pods which was nice. All bedding and mattress are super comfortable. Will definitely like to come back.

Great space and location

Great stay at the "blue house" as my son called it. Beautiful views. Clean and everything we needed was there. Not too far from things to do either. Would go back again.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

We had such a great stay at River Oasis The outside property was well taken care of and the inside looked like everything was brand new! Very convenient location for trips to the grocery store, the beach, restaurants and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. We will definitely try to stay again!

Great House, Perfect Location

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this was one of the best. The location is perfect on a wide canal in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants, shopping and major routes. The house was lovely, immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. We would certainly stay at the Relaxing River Oasis again.

River Oasis

Husband and I stayed here for a much needed weekend away and glad we picked River Oasis! House is updated, beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked very well. Very close to beach, great restaurants, and activities. We loved the sunsets from the dock and looking at the water from the living room. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vacation spot

Relaxing River Oasis live up to its name. This property was nicely decorated, clean and had everything you might need in a vacation home. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend this property!

SUNSET RIVER GETAWAY

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful river getaway! We loved the place. We spent the better part of the day on the dock and the enclosed porch! Very relaxing! Host were amazing and worked hard to give us a great getaway! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Family vacation

It was perfect for our family vacation to Kennedy space center. Great property and location. We went to the pier wich was a short distance, they didn't have any beach stuff at the house but we rented at the pier. When we come back would rent again.

River Oasis Get-a-way

The purpose of my stay was to have a nice comfortable, roomy place for my family that live in the area to come and hang out and visit. We all loved this home, the neighborhood, having the dock to sit on and look out at the river while telling family stories was perfect! I have yet to stay in a VRBO home that was as clean as this one. Big Thumbs Up on the entire stay!
