Perfect Family Beach House - 1 Block from Ocean

Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

Very nice location!! Nice pool!! When not at the beach, we just loved chilling out in the fenced backyard by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

The host Sam was awesome. Any questions I had. He immediately contacted me back, but the state was so peaceful and the backyard was very private. The pool was huge. All the staples were in the kitchen walking distance to the beach in between 7 AM and 10 AM it’s a dog beach, which we loved. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable -- the age of the home was similar to the neighborhood, but showed a little wear & tear. Beds were comfortable & bedding good. The pool was a bonus for our family, and the close beach was perfect. Given the proximity to the beach the pool, the toys, chairs, wagon stashed in the garage were a big hit! If I could say, however, the lack of shower soap was a hiccup. Our family nearby had shower soap, shampoo on site. We had to make a dash to the store for some soap. Small issue, but needs mentioned. All-in-all, we had a wonderful 8 day. Thanks!

The house is perfect for a beach vacation. It has everything you need from beach chairs, a cooler and a wagon to haul all your beach supplies. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.The house also has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.The pool is also very nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it since it was a little colder outside than normal.The host, Sam was easily contacted and quick to respond when we had a question.This is our second year staying here and hope to return again next year.

Welcoming home has all you would need for your stay. Ease of getting to the beach is a wonderful benefit of this home. The pool at this home is larger tha n most pools, we enjoyed the beach and the pool during our stay. Location overall of the home is central to restaurants and attractions that we were interested in but also far enough away for things to be quiet after dark. Great host communications and great home for an enjoyable get away.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, but quite small with some maintenance issues (like a broken shower door handle and limited outlets in the master bedroom). The bathrooms are tight and the washer/dryer are outdated.More importantly, key rules were only shared after booking, including strict limits on guests (max 6), cars (2), and noise—along with a no-music and no-pool-party policy. We were surprised by no pool or beach towels, and felt the restrictions made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay, especially as a family.These important details should be clearly listed upfront in the Vrbo description to avoid surprises. The house may suit quieter guests, but it’s not ideal for lively family vacations.

Relaxing family vacation!!

My family enjoyed this property so much!! We were within a short walking distance of the beach and the property had beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to transport everything. The best part was the pool area. We grilled out some evenings and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. This property had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean and we had no issues or complaints. We will definitely be back again!!

Much Needed Relaxation Post Disney Trip!

We stayed at this home back in 2019 with my parents. We loved it then & still love it now! Our family has already booked for another trip in a few months. So close to the beach and the private pool is chef’s kiss! I reached out to the owners about not being able to find wash cloths and they went out of their way to ship us some during our visit. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. Everything was as stated. Any questions with the house were answered in a timely manner and Sam did a wonderful job at getting a crew out fast (within a half hour) to fix a plumbing issue. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!Also, some have stated about the road being busy/speeding and no police around. We did notice police cars driving by, sitting watching traffic down a side street, and even someone getting pulled over down the road from the house. Hopefully this will help with the issue.

Slow Down

We had a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 15 days. Had no problem at all with the house. The place was clean. organized, pool was great, everything needed for having a good time. My only concern was the traffic going by the house. Speed limit was posted at 35 mph, but many drove by at 50-55 mph. I did not see one single police officer stop anyone for speeding. We would definitely stay there again, just wish the traffic would slow down.
