- Welcome to paradise!
This amazing spacious apt is located STEPS from the infamous Cocoa Beach and rocket launches! . You can surf, tan and relax during the day and then enjoy restaurants a short distance away. We provide beach chairs, towels, boogies boards and even beach toys. EVERYTHING you will need to make your stay incredible.
The beach is literally steps away! Watch rocket launches from your private balcony. Ron Jon’s is 4 miles and Port Canaveral is 8 miles away! Check out our reviews!
This beautiful space is surrounded by windows. Wake up each morning to sunshine! Take your morning coffee ACROSS the street and enjoy the sound of the waves.

When you arrive on the property, parking is open. Your apartment is in front. Open the door and walk up the inside set of stairs. The door is dark blue. It’s the left door. You have a small private patio in which you can enjoy coffee or wine!
I will communicate with guests through the app, by phone or text. Communication/assistance will be immediate from 8am-8pm. After hours are reserved for emergencies.
The area is amazing! Its minutes from lots of dining options and nightlife. Across the street is beautiful Cocoa Beach!
There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach! You can rent a bike, scooter, or surf your way around town! Also, if you do not have a car, you can take the inexpensive Cocoa Beach trolley.
One car is recommended. If you require two cars, please ask first and I will accommodate if I can! Happy adventures!
