« I had an excellent stay. I was greeted warmly for check in. I then ate dinner at the restaurant which was good. The server was kind and attentive. The hotel/room is antiquated (in a good way), but very clean. The bathroom has a remodeled shower and toilet. It has character, unlike a sterile hotel room elsewhere. The bed was actually incredibly comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast is simple, but homey. And I appreciate that. Definitely seems like a hidden gem in...

« everything was perfect starting from the moment we checked in. The young man that checked us in was absolutely the most kind and personable young man. What a way to start your stay. My grandson asked him when breakfast started. He said at 7am. My grandson was disappointed...and said awe...I have to leave at 6:30 for hockey. The young man told him we usually have some things out. But please ask if not and I am sure they will get you something. That definitely made our grandson and us...happy...

« Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the high quality in-shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pool was clean and added to our stay. Breakfast was great and staff were very courteous and friendly. »

« My room was right next to the elevator which was very noisy. I asked for anoter room and they gave me a new room so nothing to complain. The rooms were clean and staff was frendly. Great hotel »

« Great newer hotel in The Brandywine Valley! Stayed for a quick overnight getaway and loved the contactless checkin/out, the amenities, and the custom artwork on the walls of the room. Every room was designed by a different artist! Only ding is that the HVAC system as pretty loud, but it didn’t dim the stay. We’d return here in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend Artelo! »

Un Bar-Restaurant avec carte variée et clientèle variée (Familles avec enfants, retraités, jeunes) à coté de l’hôtel, autre établissements pas très éloignés mais accessibles uniquement en voiture. Seul le buffet du Petit-Déjeuner pourrait être amélioré »

« Local that needed a safe and warm place to stay during winter storm. Very friendly and accommodating front desk and breakfast manager. Delicious free breakfast buffet. Clean room and comfy bed. Kitchen amenities were useful. Parking plentiful. Would recommend for travelers that want more than just a small hotel room. »

« We had a heater in the room for warmth, which was good. Bed was comfortable, but hard to get into as it is so high. The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. »
