'The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...

'Adequaat hotel zonder luxe. Prima voor overnachting, maar niets extra’s. Hotel bied parkeergelegenheid aan die er eigenlijk niet is. Eigen parkeerplaats is te klein en parkeerplaats tegenover is maximaal 2 uur parkeren overdag en over het algemeen ook vol.'

'I can't really recommend Room 20. Squeaky stairs next to the room wakes you up every time someone passes. The shower is either very hot or boiling..it was impossible to adjust and not possible to reach anyone to ask how to adjust if possible at all.'

'Reception staff and facilities are excellent and always very clean. We stay frequently at Scarman and are always very satisfied with our stays. The only point I would make, is that we always feel under pressure to vacate our room before 10.00 during the week, with house keeping staff knocking and sometimes entering our room even though we put out the appropriate sign to indicate that we are still using the room. We are not conference attendees - we stay for other reasons and therefore do not...

'The Holiday Inn is a nice hotel close to the city center. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a room on the ground floor close to the smoking area outside. This was a bit noisy until 2 am. After we closed the window it was ok again.'

'What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !'
