I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. 'The staff are very friendly. Location: Links road is great for taking walks, it’s quiet and lined with charming country cottages and the golf course. Property: the 6+ pot holes in the unpaved driveway are dangerous for guests vehicles, almost broke our front tyres. The garden is charming but lacks TLC, there’s only one tiny outdoor mat for the block of rooms, not enough for the rainy season. Outdoor furniture is old and uncomfortable. 'A great motel conveniently located not far from the town centre. Top marks for cleanliness. Garden area lovely and rooms spacious. We were in a room designed for people with a disability. While we didn't need the railings etc it's worth mentioning for those who might. Plenty of parking and lovely and quiet even on New Year's Eve. '

'It's in a convenient location and fairly comfortable. The cold tap in the shower didn't work properly and made loud noises in the pipe, when turned on. The roof and walls were noisy at times, as if there was wildlife in them.'

I slept with the window open as the plug-in fan could only be set for up to 2hrs; it would've been inconvenient to wake up too hot every 2 hrs and restart it. My room was above the car park and disco, which thankfully finished at 10pm on a Saturday. '
