'Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets. The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate...

'Centraal gelegen, rustig, modern hotel. Parkeergarage in de onmiddellijke omgeving.'

'Nice and Beautiful hotel. Only thing is that you have to pay 35 euro for the swimmingpool inside'

'Great hotel to use as a base for exploring the local area.'

'Beautiful historic building, comfortable room, friendly staff and a good breakfast.'

'Loved the view from room and access to rooftop. Location was close to everything. Restaurant in hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent overall. Would stay there again.'

'Luxury hotel, nice spacious room, excellent breakfast and close to the palace. No coffee on the room. Easy and short ride to Segovia.'

Mooi uitzicht, hard bed, restaurant is goed.'

'Very nice, clean hotel with what you need + a fridge for your own usage in your room and a microwave for all to share. No WiFi while I was there but there is work being done so soon it should be back. But it's almost a chance, an obligation to disconnect, what we need in this environment. Works are being done, not an issue on weekend. On week days works started around 8.30am, not really an issue for me, but in case. Also note that those works will be done and then it will be even more enjoyable...

'Segovia is beautiful and worth enjoying for at least 2 days. Location of the hotel is ideal but the room was at street level. The room has a comfortable layout but noise from room above and the street is annoying. Air conditioning cannot be turned on and the only option for cool air was to open the window, which means more noise.'

'Experiencia horrible.
