A private suite with an Adirondack design and private entrance that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We have included ample parking for two vehicles. We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". You can enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace.

My husband, daughter and I came up to Clinton to look locally at the schools, the beautiful little town and at real estate. The suite is perfect for our little family tapped with lots and lots of little extras :) I plan to return in the next two weeks as we are putting an offer in on a home :)

This cozy little place was just what I needed on my trip from Atlanta. It was a snowy chilly night but the warm feeling and "fireplace" made this place warm and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. The backyard was really beautiful and so peaceful to sit and have a drink and listen to the birds. The host Dianne was attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. I truly felt at home here and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend the Evergreen Suite to anyone visiting.

It was a pleasure to meet Dianne and her husband who live in the main house attached to this room that they rent out. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped, and very comfortable seating areas. Very clean, dining table for two, comfortable bed, all the amenities and extra hygiene products such as tooth brushes! If you forgot something, Dianne has you covered! The Keurig was ready to go for coffee or tea and she had half and half in the fridge!! Perfect for a couple. We had our teenage son with us and made it work! Snack basket was a nice bonus!! We will most definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.
