'We already knew this hotel from our great experience in London Canary Wharf, and the Paris location lived up to our expectations. It’s in a lovely area with lots of nice cafés and restaurants, and the metro is just around the corner — perfect for exploring the city.
As a lovely surprise, we were offered complimentary drinks on arrival because we were attending the Beyoncé concert — such a thoughtful touch!
All in all, another wonderful stay!'

'The hospitality of the staff is much below expectations. The receptionist who checked us in was simply arrogant towards us. Towards another guest who walked in during our check-in process, he threw a condescending look which we could clearly notice. This is totally unacceptable.
As our flight arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early - agreed that this is a gesture of goodwill - but the receptionist refused but we understood. When we later went to pick up...
