Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including basement, porch, and private parking behind the house.



The Neighborhood:

Ohio City is an urban neighborhood, home to about 9,000 residents. The trendy dining and entertainment hub is centered on the main strip of West 25th Street, with cocktail bars and breweries, alongside vegan bistros and gourmet farm-to-table restaurants.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft can get you to where you want to go, usually with wait times of less than 5 minutes. We are also very close to RTA (Cleveland’s public transportation) routes. If you’re going somewhere in Cleveland, your best bet is to walk! We are a quick walk to all Cleveland sporting venues. Our proximity to downtown and the West Side is unbeatable!



The house is located directly across the street from the Cleveland Clinic's second largest hospital (The Lutheran Hospital). The house is actually closer then the hospital's parking lot!



You’re welcome to park behind the house. If you bring more than 3 cars, we suggest parking on the street (no meters or nightly restrictions).



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at the house. If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $120.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.



Smoking is not allowed along with any evidence of a party. If this is violated it will be accompanied with a minimum of a $500 fine.



House is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect to neighbors, music and outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. This house is monitored by a sound monitoring system that determines the decibel of noise coming from the home, in order to deter large undisclosed parties and excessive noise within the neighborhood..



Check out time is 10am. We charge a late fee of $65 an hour for late check outs. If later than 2 hours, the rate goes to $130 an hour.
