« Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one...

« Bonne place »

« Clean, comfortable loft apartment, walking distance to downtown, easy check in/check out. »

« There is a free parking spot coming with the appartment. We parked and didn't use the car for the 4 days, since we were so close to everything. The studio appartment was perfect for our need. It was cheaper other hotel around. Confortable bed, small kitchen, clean and Netflix. There was a grocery close by (2 min. Walk) with a nice selection of wine. 10-15 min walk to rock and roll all of fame. 5 min to the progressive field. Really the center of the city. Would go back there if we ever come back...

« Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed »

« Bien situé. »

« Oui »

« Tout était impeccable, de notre arrivé, à notre départ, service de voiturier, bagagiste.... La femme de ménage ouvre même les lits le soir et dépose une bouteille de d'eau et des chocolats... A coté d'un centre commercial »

« Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust . »
