Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for thorough cleaning between guests.

House Rules: We kindly ask that you respect our home and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Pets: We do not allow pets in the home to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all essential cookware. Feel free to make use of the dining table and Keurig coffee maker.

Bathroom: Please note that the home features 1 full bathroom with a bathtub in the 2nd floor and 1 additional quarter bathroom with a toilet only—not a second full bathroom. The shower in the full bathroom is a standard tub/shower combo with a fixed shower head positioned slightly lower than average. Guests over 6 feet tall may find the height a bit snug. There is an additional quarter bathroom in the unfinished basement.

Complimentary toiletry essentials are provided as a starter supply upon check-in and are not restocked during the stay.

The air conditioning is not available during the winter season. However, it can be provided upon request if arranged in advance.
