Pretty convenient place downtown, in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sport venues. Parking was easy and the listing was very accurate

The apartment was really well cared for, many amenities, so many we could not use them all. The check in process was a little confusing but they had more to do with the fact that we arrived very late at night. The host communicated to us wonderfully and did advise us to look over the process prior, which I did. The instructions were good, we just were not familiar with the area. Our experience was wonderful and we felt safe the whole time. Parking was a bit tricky but totally doable. Would stay here again

The place was nice with the big windows and the 2 floors.better than we expected. There was a lot of easy parking available around ($$). But we were 2 « experimented travellers » And, we were very confused upon arrival by the host's overly long and fussy explanations—different codes, keys, doors access and passwords wich was sent through différents email and platforms. which, in the end, were actually simple and could have been easily understood with clear visual aids and a concise explanation. But I recommend it for the price and the quality.

Bottom line: I would come back here now that I’ve been. However, THE most difficult place I’ve ever checked into…by far! And I travel non-stop. Pros: price and location were great. Apartment was great. Close to lots of great food and beverage and attractions. Cons: check-in felt like a scavenger hunt. My grey key fob did not open the garage (all other doors/elevators worked). Check in description was confusing. Told me to walk past the elevators to the front entrance. Not necessary. The Euclid Grand reserved parking spots outside (described as temporary in the lengthy check in directions) are available as first come first served. Even though I told RAVI that I had a camper on my truck and needed outside parking, he or it (either AI or an overseas call center) did not give me that as an option. So I spent $10 at a parking lot three blocks away before he finally described that more accurately. Upon check out…my key fob would not open the box. Had to get a code from the instructions. If you expect to talk to a human being, do not book this place. Not going to happen.
