'This apartment is in a great location in the theater district and very close to Progressive Field and bars and restaurants. The apartment is quite large, long and narrow and unique. It has a full kitchen but only plastic plates/bowls and not a lot of silverware. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable.'

'The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in.'

'The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater.'

'I’m not sure it was how it was described in the description when I first wrote it. Some of the items were stuck to counter tops and couldn’t easily be moved do to lack of cleaning. It was a nice place in the inside besides that. People in close other apartments smoked A LOT of WEED. I won’t stay there again because of this. If you can handle that I’d suggest it for sure.'

'Nice and cozy apartment, good security, offers a parking space. Lost the key so getting in and out was reliant on the host but they were pretty good with it. While the property was safe, quiet with great dinning and night life options, the room itself was lacking. The all in one shower/toilet/ sink unit was nearly deadly. 'Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old. The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice. The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option. 'This was a cute little apartment in the best location that allowed us to walk to the flats and East 4th and tons of other areas nearby. The only complaint was that the neighbors were so loud and partying, and it was very loud. But, that’s also not completely unexpected in a downtown setting on a weekend night, so it is what it is.
