'Very clan and friendly staff'

'We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.'

'I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. 'The rooms are clean and recently renovated. There is no elevator or hot tub. The pool is ok and the sauna is way too small. The lake side of the property needs worked on desperately. 'This hotel is in obvious decline. I'd give it a poor review, but I had a good nights sleep, so it was comfortable enough and a budget property. It also was one block away from my worksite.'

I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. 'The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.'

'The couch had disgusting stains and looked very dirty. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a very annoying noise. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy—it sounded like there was an animal inside it. The pool water didn't look clean either. I don't think it had been properly cleaned. The front desk did not make me feel welcomed. Did not give me any information about breakfast nothing no wi fi information.'

'Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony.'

'From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!'

'Overall cleanliness and stay was fine. I would have given 5 stars, but the bathroom shower had hair on the walls, the continental breakfast was pretty scarce...and I don't know if they are just shorthanded with regards to someone who takes care of the outdoor grounds? There are 4 large flower pots at the entrance with nothing but cigarette butts in them...and the filth in the lobby floors that was dragged through just sat there all morning without someone at least coming to sweep and mop. 'A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...
