Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.

Seventeen Pines is tucked among the evergreens in Suncadia’s established Prospector neighborhood, overlooking the 17th hole of Prospector Golf Course. The setting feels peaceful and private while keeping you close to Suncadia’s extensive trail system, parks, golf and year-round outdoor recreation.

Historic Roslyn and downtown Cle Elum are just a short drive away, offering local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques and plenty of small-town charm. You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access

Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

One of the coolest spaces in the home is the private bunk retreat. Tucked away from the main living areas, it has vaulted ceilings, sleeping for four, its own kitchenette and an entire living room, giving kids and teens a space that feels completely their own while the adults enjoy the rest of the home.

Spend your mornings with coffee overlooking the course, afternoons exploring Suncadia and evenings soaking in the hot tub or relaxing by the fire. With three king bedrooms, two primary suites and a separate bunk retreat, Seventeen Pines is exceptionally well designed for multiple families and groups traveling together.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Suncadia and exploring the surrounding area. Seventeen Pines offers easy access to Suncadia’s roads and trail system, with downtown Roslyn and Cle Elum just a short drive away. During winter months, guests should come prepared for mountain driving conditions and check road and pass conditions before traveling.

FAQs
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Pets are prohibited unless they are service animals.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
