Spend quality time with the family relaxing in the large great room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the water and golf course. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, TV Den, and large 2nd Floor Bonus/TV Lounge.

* 1st main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the patio and an en-suite bath which features a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.
* 2nd main floor master suite has a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a queen bed and 1 double bed.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has two twin beds and a twin/twin bunk bed.
* The two upper floor bedrooms are supported by a guest bath off the hall that has dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* Over the garage is a large bonus bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds. There is also a couch, Smart TV and DVD.

(The Owners of Frog Point have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $95 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The place was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also very spacious and easily accommodated our group of four families without ever feeling crowded. Everyone had enough room to relax and enjoy their time together. The stay at Frogpoint was wonderful. The Cabin was very clean, even the grill which is usually a spot that I find most vacation rentals ignore. Some pleasant calming music was left on for our arrival which felt really welcoming. The Cabin is gorgeous, and the area was great to walk around. Some of the beds are pretty firm and can be not the most comfortable for those who prefer a soft or even in between soft and firm bed. The checkout procedure was reasonable, as well as the rules. A wonderful stay that me and my friends would be happy to visit again!

Beautiful and spacious

Beautiful and spacious. However, there were some inconveniences throughout our stay. The hot water was extremely scarce. It would run out while washing dishes, let alone taking a shower. A good number of the kitchen outlets by the sink weren't working as well as the first aid kit having 0 bandaids. Overall a pleasant stay.

Golf trip from Canada

Amazing set up for a large golf group located on 1 of 2 golf courses less the 3min from the font door. Lots of space for a large group to park their vehicles in the driveway. Plenty of beds and space inside and out for a group of 16 individuals. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be to have another bathroom with a shower on the garage side of the house seeing as their were 2 large sleeping areas with multiple beds.

Frogpoint Fun!!

This was a wonderful large home for a family weekend. Lots of sleeping options to accommodate our group. Kitchen is very well appointed, there was nothing we identified that we did not have to cook and serve meals for our family. It is true some of the beds are a bit firm but the bedding/pillows we’re comfortable and generous. Great for winter fun as the home backs up to the golf course and the kids could sled right on the many slopes and small hill behind the home. For folks who have not been there recently the sledding/tubing hill that was near the winery no longer exists. All Seasons seems to be great vacation rental managers.

Amazing spot, great for a Winter getaway

Had an amazing time at this place, super lovely. Got chance to see a lot of cool wildlife. The hosts were very accommodating and ready to assist. There weren't enough towels for our group, but I assume that this is something we could have totally asked for. The reason for the 4 over 5 stars was due to the fact that there was so many signs regarding fees. It was a little daunting. I'm sure there was good reason to post them, but having so many of them left a bit of an overall uneasy feeling. Overall, we had a great time. Loved the place, hosts were amazing. If signs with fees don't bother you, then this is truly an amazing spot. Would recommend!

Great House!

We came up to this property for a weekend of golf with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Plenty of room, and the open floor plan with double doors for the patio makes it the perfect place to hang out. The hot tub and the fire pit were both a nice touch. The location on the lake was very relaxing and the house/garage are both stocked with any amenities you might need for your stay. Definitely recommend!

Great Golf Trip

Had a great trip to Suncadia, staying at the Frog Point house on hole 11 of Rope Rider. While the weather could have been better (and our golf game), we very much enjoyed the house. Plenty of room, and conveniently easy to get to.

Fine stay, aggressive management company

The management company keeps a number of secret rules away from the renter, introducing those rules after you’ve made your booking in a very long set of additional contracts. They threaten many large charges for what sounds like normal use like, if they deem they need to drain the hot tub (ew, shouldn’t they always be draining it?) or if you leave dishes, or use the extra blankets or need more than two cans of trash. They don’t recycle and the cafe nearby does not respect covid restrictions and has an anti-liberal warning on the door — lame. It all adds up to the feeling like you’re about to get really screwed by charges and entitled neighbors. As soon as I booked, the management company tried to pressure us to cancel the booking because we dared to actually house the advertised number of guests — they claimed it was because the neighbor was always home and would call security on the property. They also charged an additional security deposit after the booking was made (which they refunded fully so it’s not like I’m just whining because they charged me) and further tried to funnel reviews to a separate review website, probably for marketing, and they will add you to their annoyingly frequent marketing mails. Typical fare, sure, but not at all the “above and beyond” experience you might expect. Totally want to reiterate the idea another reviewer had — this place is not meant for a romantic two-person getaway, for the price it feels like about 12 people would be ideal.

Wonderful home for extended family vacation!

Frog Point was the perfect place for our extended family vacation (12 in all) -- our "littles" enjoyed daily playtime at the park nearby; we all enjoyed R&R on the beautiful patio and firepit area, nightly soaks in the hot tub, and a wonderfully supplied kitchen to cook and entertain. A beautiful home in a peaceful setting!

Family weekend getaway

Property is in a beautiful location, set next to a small pond off of the 11th T box at Rooerider golf course. A 5 minute walk away from a large community park, and bike trails! We had a great time watching the golfers come through the par 3 11th hole. Also enjoyed late evenings around the gas fire pit and in the hot tub. This home fit 4 families with kids and a total of 13 people very comfortably. We would have loved a ping pong table or pool table in the garage but no luck there. We would definitely book this home again!
