Relax away stress in newer 40 jet Clearwater spa, regardless of weather, or gaze at the stars on a clear night. Cozy 2 level cabin located in Pineloch Sun Beach Club residential area. This residence has a breathtaking view of Lake Cleelum with the backdrop of Domerie Peak.

Home has a contemporary design with vaulted ceilings, canned down lighting, multiple windows facing the lake and mountains. Walls have faux animal skins and trophy heads for an earthy eclectic feel.

Leather seating and recliner with stone backed gas fireplace to enjoy. Powder room on first level. Kitchen large enough for 2 cooks to work along side, plus a bar with stools for serving meals.

Keurig coffee, regular maker, Microwave, gas cooktop, oven, trash compactor, water dispenser.

Second level contains 3 bedrooms and a spotless bathroom shared by 2 rooms.

Master suite has large windows facing Lake Cleelum with a bay window. There is an inflatable queen mattress for master bed floor. Extra sheets, pillows available.

Home is equipped with a heat pump which provides air conditioning in summer. Newly Installed automatic pellet stove for toasty comfort! Hi-speed Internet, live- streaming, free Netflix.

Home surrounded by a large semi flat lot. Floodlights on 4 corners. New Clearwater spa with 40 jets and LED lighting just installed. 2, 6 horse power pumps, multi- color lighting and a waterfall! Individual jet controls for 4 people.

4 Flatscreen TVs, with Smart &Apple TVs, using live- streaming. I include free Netflix service on all 4 TVs! Fast Fiber internet.

New outdoor fire table and seating area. Perfect for evening gatherings. Walking paths for safer walking in yard areas! Gas BBQ provided.

Note: There are snow gates that limit traffic to snowmobiles or snow equipped ATVs when snow is deep and frozen. Walking in to house is .6 of a mile if preferred. I offer everyone delivery service to the house from parking with my “ snowcat “ vehicle. Seats 5 plus gear. This is by appointment only. This courtesy is not part of your reservation. Occasionally, I am not able to be present. Should that happen, please use the taxi.

There is a large sled provided for guests to walk down the hill with their belongings. Occasionally, I may be able to drive your group down if I am able to. There is also a pay “ taxi-service “ in the development. Fees and times up to the operator.

Please note in very rare events, I may close or limit access to sun deck, and therefore spa access during roof icing conditions that could cause a safety concern. This is not a valid reason for refunds. Guest safety is paramount to me.
