This beautiful home has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large kitchen island. The main floor has an ideal open floor plan with the dining area seating 8 and 4 bar stools at the island.


Located on the prestigious Black Nugget Lane, this home is walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.

2. Upstairs guest room with walk in closet, king bed and desk/monitor/printer
3. Upstairs bunk room with 3 Twin over Full bunks.

We love traveling with our pups and welcome you to bring yours IF these guidelines are followed:
- Dogs Only - 2 Max
- Additional pet fee applies
- Must be house trained
- Must be kenneled if left alone in the home. We know everyone thinks their dog is well behaved, but when alone in a strange place they can scratch, chew and misbehave.
-Do not throw toys/balls in the house
-Keep pets off the furniture
-Must be on leash per Suncadia policy. There is an off-leash dog park at Dawson Park close by!

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available close by at the winery.
