« The room was as clean as possible but everything worn out, many splash marks on the wall, rust in bathroom , the drain cover was completely loose. The air conditioner would not respond to changed setting, I use the wall thermostat as instructed. Sat in the lobby during the morning and noticed all the upholstery was very soiled. Overall the property needs deep cleaning and renovation. »

« Team is horrible, they charged me €300 for nothing. Also I cancelled two nights during my 6 days there, and it was ok for them, also to give the money back. But so far, no money from that 2 nights ... another €300. I have lost €600 with this hotel, of course forget to receive an answer after leaving. »
