A personal vehicle is highly recommended for staying at White Pines Lodge. The home is located in rural Linwood Estates, where Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services may be limited.



Bring your car or truck to explore Nolin Lake, visit nearby marinas, or make a day trip to Mammoth Cave National Park.

**Pet Policy**



Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $40 total per night for up to 2 dogs, not $40 per dog.



Cats are not permitted due to owner allergies.



The pet fee covers additional cleaning only. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive wear caused by their pets.



**Smoking Policy**



Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the lodge and in enclosed areas, including the porch or patio.



Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please use the provided ash container and fully extinguish smoking materials.



Indoor smoking may result in a $500 cleaning fee for each night of the reservation, plus charges for damages or lost reservations, subject to applicable booking terms.



**Cleaning & Checkout**



The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Before checkout, please wash dishes, tidy shared spaces, place used towels in the laundry area, and secure all doors and windows.



If your stay includes Wednesday night, please move the outdoor trash bin to the street for Thursday morning collection.



**EV Charging Information**



A 220V outlet is available on-site for electric vehicle charging. Charging cables and adapters are not provided.



Guests must bring their own compatible charging equipment and confirm that their vehicle can safely use the available outlet before arrival.



**Parking & Safety**



Free private parking is available for multiple vehicles, including space for a boat and trailer.



Please do not park on the grass or block the neighborhood road.



**Neighborhood Courtesy**



White Pines Lodge is in a quiet residential lake community. Please keep outdoor noise considerate, especially in the evening. Parties and events are not permitted.
