'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'good service'

'The staff and service crew are great and accommodating. We loved the pool and the amenities, and the view from our room. We would stay here again if we come back to Philippines.'

'No elevator and need one for luggages'

'좋습니다'

'The staff was wonderful, very friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable, and the air-conditioned space was a welcome relief from the heat. A comfortable and pleasant place to visit!'

'Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are polite. Very near to the golf course, lots of restaurants nearby.'

'Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. '

'This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues'

'Geweldig 1 van de beste hotels waar ik geweest ben'

'This was our third visit and staff as usual maintained their great service. Hotel was walking distance to the mall with a variety of things to eat, get done and do. We will be staying there again on our next visit in Papanga.'

'Staff were amazing and friendly. Door guys were nice and I give Robert 5 stars for friendliness. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a room looking out on the red street. A little noisy at night only because of the night life. But would stay there again when I return.'
