« pros: The room and bathroom were very clean And the inn is close to Simmons arena and many restaurants Check-in via key pad was fine. Cons: no water or morning coffee available for guests downstairs. There was single serve Keurig machine in the room and cold drinks in the room. Only staff we encountered were housekeeping. « What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance »
