The charming city of Siena, world famous for its great historical and artistic heritage, as well as for the famous Palio - horse race, is about 44 km from here. Other interesting destinations for your day trips: Montalcino (36 km) famous for the production of Brunello wine; the thermal baths of Saturnia (70 km) with a charming spa at the foot of the medieval village of Saturnia, surrounded by a centuries-old park.
