'Cozy little flat with great location in the middle of Moab. Location is awesome, can walk to everything immediately, and plenty of parking (which I was worried about given the location). Amenities were solid, with all of the essentials. Solid place to stay with our dogs, though I wish there was more grass for their bathroom breaks, but I did appreciate dog bags and disposal right there. Being close to downtown moab was great, being able to walk to restaurants in no time. My only real complaint...

'The place was decent. I wish I would have known about the steep, uneven stairs down to the unit and no handrails. A couple of little things - the kitchen faucet was very loose, some of the knobs on the bedroom furniture were absent. Had a little trouble working the a/c. My husband came down with something and we decided to leave early, but it took over 2 days to get any response. I was hoping but not expecting a partial refund, but didn’t even get any response, even to the fact that we were...

'The location was great, right near the down town area. So clean and well stocked. The only thing was the master bedroom is very hot and the living area is cold. The hot bedroom made it hard to sleep but everything else was amazing!!'

'This is a really nice property. South of town, so it's quiet and beyond all the traffic and noise. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I will stay here again on my next trip to Moab.'
