'Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...

'Struttura a 5 minuti da Sperlonga, la distanza perfetta per non trovarti nel caos nei periodi di punta. Un ambiente "rurale" che ti fa godere la natura; ristorantino sfizioso, camere molto ampie e pulite e poi.... quella piscina a sfioro con vista sul mare fa la vera differenza. Personale accorto e gentile. Ci torno sicuramente.'

'Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues. One of the two rooms assigned to our family was double-booked, making the accommodation unavailable upon arrival. Additionally, the photos and descriptions of the property are inaccurate and misleading. We were assigned rooms 2A and 2B, which are simply bedrooms located off a hallway with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. 'A nice, simple room very convenient to the station, restaurants and ferry terminals. Nice few of the harbor. Very responsive host and the woman who prepares breakfast was very nice and accommodating.'
