'Staff was friendly and helpful!'

'The rooftop bar was an awesome way to unwind'

'For some reason we ended up with an accessible room but it was great, there was plenty of room and it was really clean. We stay here everytime we are in the Eugene/Springfield area.'

'Paper thin wall in between guest rooms. Had to call the front desk to have them quiet the room next door. Not just a TV but you hear literally everything form upstairs, hallway, etc. The housekeeping skipped cleaning our room. Good location and relatively clean hotel, but I ended up sleepless for multiple nights.'

'Everyone was friendly and the place was really clean! I would definitely recommend staying here. It's accessible and really comfortable and the rooms are pretty big!'

'Outside of hotel looks great. Nice paint, clean. Inside, our room completely smelled of smoke. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. No iron, no blow dryer. Our keys never worked. Not once. Every night I had to go to the office to get a new set of keys programed. The staff was very helpful in assisting us. This would not be my first choice when I return to Eugene.'

'What a delight! The landscaping is beautiful with so much color. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!'

'Staff and Breakfast are both good. But there is still a smell left from the new decoration in the room'

'Great location and very clean.'

'It was okay. No breakfast, the bed kind of sucked and the heater/ac was on a motion sensor. Overall it was okay. Nothing great.'
