"A great location only 1 stop from st Pancras by tube. Very spacious rooms and all brand new and clean. We had connecting rooms but the door was closed. The bar people where not so friendly, didn’t want to serve a drink at 0.30am but later on when someone came down to ask something to reception the bar was still open at 3am and still serving drinks…. The breakfast was magnificent! What a choice, it didn’t end! From healthy to guilty pleasures and all very fresh!!!! Great hotel to stay in this great city!!!! "

"In onze ogen simpelweg een (erg) goed hotel met bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prijs-prestatie verhouding is goed in evenwicht. Omgeving hotel is goed, entree ligt wat verborgen. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim, ontbijt is goed, hotelrestaurant (24-uur) kent beperkte maar goede kaart en drankaanbod is goed. Complimenten vooral voor het personeel. In totaal zijn wij 6 nachten in het hotel geweest."

"Ontbijt was prima. Niet veel keus. Kamer was in principe netjes behalve de badkamer. Voegen niet schoon en beschadiging aan de muur. De douche was niet goed aangesloten waardoor de regendouche halverwege water verloor. "

"The way my friends/customers were treated at check in by this hotel is just criminal. AND the very worst thing is that this Marriott Regents Park plays this trick on many customers. The reservation had been made and payment was to be made at the hotel. After a stressful journey, the family arrived at the hotel. Check in and rested briefly in the room, before they were to see London for the first time. However, no key before payment was in order. Fine, however, their bank cards would not work, the receptionist informed them. "You guys should just contact your bank" They did this and their bank assured them that everything was fine with the credit and debit cards and that no payment had been attempted from a Marriott in the UK. Strange. The receptionist then forced them to withdraw money from the ATM in the lobby, which, due to a very bad exchange rate, made them pay €200 more for 3 hotel nights than stated on the booking confirmation. And they pull this trick on as many guests as possible. Without any excuse or compensation. So think carefully before booking this hotel! And if you do, don't be fooled. Room ok, breakfast too (there is only sandwich bread and pastries, no hard rolls) furthermore enough choice "
