'Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! '

'21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

'Clean comfortable rooms. Valet parking is pretty much the only way to park here bug they don’t let you know that it costs $40 a day. Just ends up on your bill. That being said the valets were excellent.'

When my friends and I arrived, we spoke with the valet attendant, Scott, because we were attending a concert and likely would not be staying overnight. We asked if we could pay the 12-hour valet rate instead of the $49 overnight rate. Rather than listening to our explanation, Scott repeatedly interrupted us and told us he would charge us twice. He then told us we could “go park somewhere else and pay a cheaper price.”...
