Brattfallet Waterval

The lady who checked me in was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent and definitely one of the biggest advantages of this property. Unfortunately, the room itself was terrible. It was extremely small, with a very tiny bed, and there was a horrible smell inside the room that made the stay quite unpleasant. The only positive amenity was the shower, which had excellent water pressure. Other than that, there wasn’t much to appreciate about the room. Another major issue was the noise. My room was directly below a residential area where people were living, and the constant noise from above continued late into the night. It was impossible to get any sleep until around 2:30 AM, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, you really can’t beat the location, and the lady at check-in was wonderful. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. It might be acceptable for a one-night stay if you’re lucky enough to have a quiet room, but unfortunately, the noise above mine made it nearly impossible to sleep. I would not choose the same room again.

Mooi hotel. Erg gehorige kamers. En van ontruimen bij brandalarm hebben ze niet gehoord. Het is niet zoals in NL met bhv-ers alle vloeren leeghalen. En iedereen naar buiten. Mensen bleven binnen zitten, brandweer is gekomen. Maar vals alarm. Avondeten was inbegrepen maar dat was niet erg best. Daarna zijn we nog even naar de Mac gelopen.
