The Space:

The studio measures 29 sqm in total, with 25 sqm of internal living space and a 4 sqm private balcony. The open-plan layout combines the living and sleeping areas with a dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and glassware. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe storage, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The studio is air-conditioned throughout, and the living area opens onto the balcony, which looks out over the Laguna Phuket Golf Course. The studio also provides an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; a laundromat is located in each building. The layout suits couples and solo travellers, for short or extended stays.



Guest Access:

Skypark Aurora stands in the heart of Laguna Phuket, the island's integrated resort community on the north-west coast, a few minutes from Bang Tao Beach and its three kilometres of sand. Guests have private use of the entire apartment and access to the residence's shared facilities: the rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool, the sky jogging track and outdoor gym, the rooftop BBQ area and children's playground, the landscaped gardens, the laundromat in each building, passenger lifts, resident parking subject to availability and 24-hour security. The complimentary Laguna shuttle connects the residence with the beach, the Laguna resorts, RAVA Beach Club and Porto de Phuket, and the lagoon boat service links the resort's waterways.



The Neighborhood:

Everything is close at hand in Laguna Phuket. Bars and restaurants, from beach clubs to Thai and international dining, are a short walk or shuttle ride away, and Canal Village offers shops, cafés and everyday conveniences inside the resort. The BDMS Wellness Clinic provides medical and wellness care on site, an international kindergarten welcomes younger residents, and Laguna Golf Phuket, the island's championship course, lies next to the residence. Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and Central Porto de Phuket, with their restaurants, boutiques and night market, are a few minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

The residence is easy to reach and easy to leave. Taxis and ride-hailing cars with Grab or Bolt are readily available, the complimentary Laguna shuttle serves the beach and the resort's key points, the lagoon boat connects the waterways, and bicycles can be rented locally. Phuket International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

The studio is suitable for couples, solo travellers or business travellers. Pets are not permitted. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Hanging clothes on the balcony is not permitted, in accordance with residence regulations. Utilities are included in the rate for normal residential usage. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request through the Guest In-App, subject to availability and additional charges.
