The Space:

The apartment measures 36 sqm in total, with 33 sqm of internal living space and a 3 sqm private balcony. The open-plan living room includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and glassware. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe storage, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Every room is air-conditioned, and the living area opens onto the balcony, which looks out over the lagoon. The apartment also provides an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; the residence's laundromat is located on site. The layout suits couples and solo travellers, for short or extended stays.



Guest Access:

Laguna Lakeside is a low-rise building of seven floors looking out over a tranquil lagoon at the entrance of Laguna Phuket, next to Cassia Phuket. Guests have private use of the entire apartment and access to the residence's shared facilities: the communal swimming pool and children's pool, the playground, the BBQ area, the landscaped garden, the on-site laundromat, a passenger lift, resident parking subject to availability and 24-hour security. The complimentary Laguna shuttle connects the residence with the beach, the Laguna resorts, RAVA Beach Club and Porto de Phuket, and the lagoon boat service links the resort's waterways.



The Neighborhood:

Everything is close at hand. Boat Avenue and Central Porto de Phuket, with their restaurants, cafés, boutiques, supermarket and Friday night market, are within walking distance, and Canal Village offers everyday conveniences inside the resort. The BDMS Wellness Clinic provides medical and wellness care, an international kindergarten welcomes younger residents, and Laguna Golf Phuket, the island's championship course, is a short drive away, as are Bang Tao Beach and its beach clubs.



Getting Around:

The residence is easy to reach and easy to leave. Taxis and ride-hailing cars with Grab or Bolt are readily available, the complimentary Laguna shuttle serves the beach and the resort's key points, the lagoon boat connects the waterways, and bicycles can be rented locally. Phuket International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers or business travellers. Pets are not permitted. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Hanging clothes on the balcony is not permitted, in accordance with residence regulations. Utilities are included in the rate for normal residential usage. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request through the Guest In-App, subject to availability and additional charges. Please be advised that construction has commenced around the residences. Construction activities are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During these hours, you may experience some noise.
