'El Hotel a mi parecer excelente, servicio A+. Lo que mas nos gusto es la tranquilidad que se experimenta en este paradisiaco lugar. . La vista al lago al amanecer es expectacular. Todas las amenidades muy bien adecuadas. Volveremos lo mas pronto posible.'

'Very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Real. The staff were very attentive, polite and patient with us. We do not speak any Spanish, and the staff did not speak English, but it was easily accommodated by using translation on our phones and texting through What’sApp. As Canadian travellers this hotel seemed very elegantly furnished. The dining facilities and the bar felt like what the luxury hotels of 100 years ago would be like in the best way. There were very few other guests when we stayed there....

Property is clean, has everything one needs to make it a home away from home. Location is peaceful and near all attractions of the area. I recommend this beautiful place and Esteban.'

'De ligging was erg goed maar de faciliteiten matig voor de prijs: het water is niet drinkbaar en wc-papier mag niet worden doorgespoeld. De kluis werkt niet. Allemaal niet zo erg maar voor de prijs verwacht je anders'

'Great Location, great building. Don’t bother taking the bigger room because it was nothing like depicted in the pictures indicating a fireplace and balcony. It was a standard room with an extra table. Bathroom was small! Breakfast is not their strength although enough to start the day. Breakfast has some extra stuff that you can buy and are not included. Hotel wants to arrange check in via WhatsApp before you arrive, what can be bothersome when traveling. '
