Property amenities include kayak rentals (Available May 10-Nov 1, subject to availability), a shared fire pit, shared Gazebo area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a sandy 80 foot waterfront with 2 docks. Please note these amenities are shared with the cabins

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
