Vakantie en citytrip naar Chilcoot-Vinton

Always good to come back at this hotel! Good and comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a cozy hotel lobby. Location of the hotel is central although you have to walk two steep hills.

The room was very spacious, with a big double bed, table and armchair. I was hosted on the 6th floor and luckily there wasn’t much street noise. There is a water filter and cooler on the hallway, which I made use of regularly. The staff is polite and the room clean. A drawback is that the fridge is old and very noisy. I had to get up several times to put it on the minimum so it stops making noise. Windows are super dirty on the outside. Inside they’re ok.

Overall this was a nice hotel. They’re in the middle of a renovation, but it’s still an older hotel at heart so keep in mind the elevators will be slow. But the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was there over Halloween weekend and they had events going on, so the bar wasn’t open it’s regular hours, which was fine, just a little unusual. Decent location depending on where you’re trying to go in LA. My only complaint was the shower. It has half glass so the bathroom is going to get wet. It took a long time for the water to heat up for the majority of my stay, but the last night it heated relatively quickly so that issue seems fixed. Overall, I’d stay here again.
