Lake Chiemsee, also known as the “Bavarian Sea,” offers a wide variety of water sports, destinations such as Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel, and beautiful bike rides. Adjacent to the lake are the Chiemgau Alps, a paradise for hikers and cyclists in the summer and for skiers and ski tourers in the winter.
