'The hotel is amazing but my only complaint is the parking situation. It was told at check in parking is first come first serve which is not convenient or feasible for travelers by cars. Fortunately the parking lot attendant saw I had handicap parking and was able to get me into the parking lot.'

'I booked a king bed they gave me two queens gave me a hard time about giving me what I paid for I got there at 7 to check in after traveling for hours and the website said the pool was open until 8 it was closed by the time we got there staff wasn’t helpful at all my toilet was clogged it just was overall a bad experience and I’m a Wyndham’s reward member'

'no hot water to shower, the hotel did not accomodate in any way other than to tell us to contact expedia. The door to our room was no secure we could push it open without presenting the key card.'

'Absolutely terrible! Elevators took 30 minutes just to get to your floor and every time it would even get to your floor it would be full after 30 minutes! Had to haul 3 suite cases 15 flights of stairs because I was not going to wait a hour just for an elevator:( Floors were stained bad and it was all humid! Rooms were okay! In the parking garage the spaces are way too close! my car got hit just in a parking spot away from everyone! Workers were rude as well. Never coming back!'

'Hotel stay was good.Front seat agent was not to nice. I felt like she was judging a book by its cover. I also asked her for a pin and paper so I can write my address and she said she would take it out load. Also kept asking me do I have a car after I told her I have no drivers license. Just wierd but over all say was good.'
