The Space:
This stylish apartment offers two comfortable queen bedrooms:

- The main bedroom features a TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
- The second bedroom has a closet and a full bathroom.

The spacious living area, with high ceilings and natural light, boasts a Sonos sound system and comfortable furniture. The full kitchen is equipped with top brands, and High Quality coffee & tea are included.

A rollaway bed is available for an additional guest, and a Pack & Play can be provided upon request.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.
- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.
