Located right above the city’s famous and picturesque arcades, it’s the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy everything the city has to offer—without needing a car!

The space
The 70 sqm apartment is on the first floor of a typical Genoese building (15 steps, no elevator).

It accommodates up to six guests and offers all the comforts you need:

KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware;

LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, dining area, and TV;

BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, dresser with mirror, and two bedside tables;

BEDROOM with bunk beds and a bridge-style wardrobe;

BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower cabin, and mirrored cabinet;

SMALL TERRACE equipped with clotheslines.

Additional amenities available to guests include: air conditioning (2 inverter units), unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to note
In compliance with safety regulations, the apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher and two smoke detectors.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible and will be arranged together.

At check-in, ALL guests, including minors, must present a valid ID.

The Municipality of Chiavari requires a tourist tax of €1.00 per person, payable in cash upon arrival, for up to a maximum of 7 nights.
