Very Accomodating And Relaxing Stay
Had a great stay here. I booked it for the first part of arriving to Thailand, and again for the end of our stay in Thailand. Enjoyed pretty much everything that was offered. The owner is very resourceful in every aspect that you can think of while in ChiangMai. Only issues were because of the extreme heat, the pools were getting quite cloudy for the 2nd part of our booking. So a more frequent clean would have been great. Also, compared to the first part of our stay, the AC wasn’t quite working anymore, and the showers in 2 of the Villas weren’t working as they should either. Not sure if it’s because it was much hotter during the end of our stay or not. But overall, I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely book again if I was in ChiangMai.

Amazing Villa, a must stay for your large group!!!
I stayed at Villa Rajapruek for a week with my group of 10ppl to celebrate my 43rd birthday! This villa has everything you could possibly ask for… three separate houses to provide all the space for a large group at the same time providing a space that’s close and intimate to congregate and share meals and pool time together!! They provide delicious Thai breakfast or will switch it up for your preference, the staff and host were so accommodating! They provide 5-star quality service with all the comfort of being at home! The communication and guidance from our host was beyond AMAZING!!! They provide filtered water for the house, and for a low cost they provide drinks/beer/wine for your convenience, made it super easy for my group relax and have drinks without having to run to the store everyday!! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is!!! Do yourself and just book it!! I won’t stay any other place with a large group in Chiang Mai!!

Chiang Mai Vacation Gem!!!
If you're staying in Chiang Mai for any length of time, stay in this amazing property! It has the feel of a cozy home with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. Including an incredible pool, several areas to hang out and relax, and the best, made to order breakfast! Khun Nok is a gracious hostess who took care of our every need. Grab drivers and Food Panda have no problem finding the house. It's also conveniently located near the airport and downtown but with the tranquility of staying in the mountains. I cannot recommend staying here enough!!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!
We had a group of eleven using the entire property for a week and we could not have been more pleased. Nok & her team made our experience extra special through their efforts, kindness, and smiles. The property is near the airport, but there was zero plane noise. The property is also on a quiet road. We liked being away from the central chaos, as a quick ride could get you anywhere in a hurry. Breakfast was a huge added bonus and was a highlight of our stay - so many options & so delicious - three in our group had some eating restrictions, but Nok was able to accommodate easily. The pool setting was beautiful and practical, the property is loaded with everything you might need (towels, great A/C, decent water pressure, bikes, shower supplies, cooking pots & pans, a pool table, a safe for valuables, coffee makers, locking keys for each bedroom and building, filtered drinking water, and immaculate grounds keeping), and any needed service was top notch (they even offered to wash our clothes multiple times...including late night on our final evening when we returned from an elephant and river rafting outing). If it sounds like we loved this place, it is because we did and we would re-up for a future stay without question. We highly recommend this to all - this property & its team enhanced our fabulous week in Chiang Mai. Can’t think of a “type” of group who wouldn’t enjoy this villa. There were zero surprises with the price & we felt the price was very fair. We tipped the team on the way out, as they were hard working and accommodating. Our entire team says “five stars”, “two big thumbs up”, and “what an awesome place/stay”. Thank you, Nok, for sharing your great property and for being an amazing host! We hope to see you again!

Wonderful place, wonderful host!
We loved our stay here. Nok was our host, and she was extremely helpful. She coordinated breakfasts, massages, and answered all our questions. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious, and had A/C and everything we needed. The house staff was helpful and not intrusive. I would definitely bring my friends and family here again. Wish our stay had been longer!
