65 sqm one bedroom Lanna style cottage located in quiet, no exit soi. Beautifully appointed & comfortable with private access & off street scooter parking. Easy for work or relaxing. 15 minutes from the Old City & airport. Thai owner Nina, fluent in English and her kiwi partner Marty. Close to local markets, Muay Thai gym, restaurants, cafes & pharmacies. Queen bed with Sealy mattress, luxury bathroom, modern kitchen, washing machine. Netflix, fast wifi. The cottage is essentially 3.5 rooms comprising large combined kitchen/dining/living room with separate large bedroom with en suite and a small separate laundry room with washing machine. Daikin aircon throughout the 2 main rooms. Cool down quickly on a hot day. Unlike most Thai houses ours has hot water in both kitchen and bathroom.
We have endeavored to make it as comfortable and restive as we can.
Our cottage fronts the property with our separate house behind. Guests can easily access the cottage via the front gate. The cottage has oversized sliding glass doors for ease of entry.
The cottage comes with a bicycle for use to go to local shops if required. We can also assist with scooter hire if interested. Secure scooter parking on site plus car parking in the soi. Free use of Weber bbq available.
