'I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

'We liked that it was pet-friendly and our room was clean. It was extremely hot due to the A/C being turned off. We only stayed in the room long enough to change clothes, so not sure how long it took to cool the room down, as we were gone for several hours. The room is dated, but we were only there to sleep for one night. The front desk person was wearing house shoes and a t-shirt, which seemed strange to me, but she was friendly. 'I truly thought the property was abandoned when I pulled in due to the overgrown weeds in the parking lot and no signage on the building. Bed had collapsed in the middle and was like a taco. Old, worn, pilled sheets. Stains on the carpet, and the bedroom walls were dirty with some brownish liquid that had run down the wall and dried. The pro’s? It was quiet and felt safe (in spite of one of the side entrance doors not even having a lock).'
