'We travel to Coffeyville fairly often and stay there when possible. We really like the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area. It is always a good experience.'

'The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!'

'The beds were very comfortable. One of our rooms was not the cleanest, but the other was fine. Breakfast left something to be desired since they were out of a lot of items.'

'This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations.'

'I had a great 3 night stay here. I was greeted by Andy, who was very professional and kind. The room was very decent and there were no issues. There are ballfields across the street and Santa Fe Lake just 1/2 walk. Food and shopping within a mile. For the price, this was one of the best stays I've had.'
