  • Mooi 3000 vierkante huis omgeven door 40 hectare aan de oceaan in de regio Cowichan net buiten Chemainus. Het pand is een unieke mix van landbouw, estuarium en 800 jaar oude bomen die naar de oceaan leiden. Dit privé en mooie huis is ruim en comfortabel voor grote groepen of families die van de natuur genieten. Alle vier de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer en er is een ontspannings- en speelruimte op een lager niveau. Voldoende ruimte voor RV en / of bootopslag.

Our family had a fantastic time this past weekend. The house was perfect - 4 rooms, each with their own bathroom, a large playroom downstairs, and a beautiful property that was fun to explore. The forest/trail leads out to a private dock. A big thank you to Heidi, who left us a delicious breakfast and helped the little ones make fairy houses to place along the trail. A perfect getaway!

The farm-style guesthouse was perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed wandering the extensive grounds. Nice country setting while conveniently close to town.

This is a beautiful property. It was the best place for our annual girls weekend! Lots of room for all of us and a great property to go for a great nature hike! We loved feeding the horses too!! Heidi was an amazing host. Thank you for all the breakfast treats. We enjoyed the kayaking too it was so calm and beautiful. We will be back! Thank you Heidi

Christmas Family Reunion

This is a magical place-the house is spacious and well-appointed and the grounds are just spectacular! We were so delighted by the ancient trees, the marshes and the exquisite waterfront.

Chemainus Adventure

Fantastic vacation home for our family of 5. Each room has an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has just about everything you would need to cook a meal, and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.There are horses on the property, which, with the host Heidi's assistance, you can feed carrots. There is a dock a short stroll away from the house with access to kayaking.On different days, we drove from the house to Victoria, Sayward, and Tofino. It's not close to any of them, but central enough that they're accessible.We were fortunate enough to be there on Canada Day. The town had a cool little celebration downtown.And, of course, Heidi was a pleasure to deal with, and communicated with us very well.All in all, we had a great trip with this house as our home base. Highly recommended.

Our Favorite place

It was our fourth time at the farm. We just love it there. The house is well appointed, the host is charming and we love the horses. We would love to come again.

Great Family Retreat

We enjoyed our family Christmas here. Our second visit to this property and it worked our perfect for a much needed reunion with family. Heidi is very accommodating and adds personal touches such as baked goods, breakfast items, fresh coffee beans. Lots of room for all of us to enjoy the space. Feels like home.

Peaceful Stay

This is the perfect home for families or lady’s getaway, the property is vast and peaceful. I love to cook so appreciate a well equipped kitchen with lots of space for everyone to hang out without getting in each others way. Heidi has always been accommodating and makes our stay enjoyable with her treats and beautiful flowers upon our arrival!
